I'm sorry if I'm still misunderstanding you, but it seems you still believe there was a bug causing sensitive content warnings not to display. That remains my primary concern as you describe a serious issue that has legal ramifications for the PeerTube ecosystem.
I would love to hear more about the conditions in which you think this bug occurred so that I can hopefully debug and issue a PR on GitHub to fix it.
If you do not recall the conditions under which this critical bug occurred, your local instance admin at Spectra Video should be able to get all of the information necessary to get this resolved. Please let me know if you need any assistance gathering that information or requesting it from them.

저는 실상 1인 서버고, 릴레이 연결에 미디어 캐시 비우기는 360일인데, 1테라 3/2 이용 수준에서 여유 같습니다.

So I had a thought.
So far I have built the NodeBB forums as suppliments for content Sites I plan to build for them.
NodeBB installs with a long form Blog section as a default. What's to stop me from using it like that while it being NodeBB allows others to come in and contribute ideas and such to the system?
Having Project catergoies and such maybe.

What a creepy thread. Instead of waiting for an answer from the admin, there is a direct call to switch instances and the admin is portrayed as a fascist. Noticing a lot of incomplete accounts all registering from the iu.edu domain, 0 followers, 0 posts, 0 art. Any other instance admin see this pattern from that domain?

I can tell you from experience of hosting many people's Fediverse server instances for a number of years now that —
Many Fediverse software (at least currently) do a poor job of cleaning-up the various caches they have
Caching other people's profiles, images, posts, etc.
And, this often ends up filling up the storage drive
And as a result, this is a very common thing that causes down-time for people. Probably the most common.

Quite a spam wave this morning, reported 14 porn bots already. They seem to be using compromised user accounts, mostly on mastodon.social.

There appears to be another wave of bots sharing TinyURL links and NSFW hashtags, while not using any content warning to censor the thumbnail, which is uncensored porn. The URLs may lead to phishing or malware.
The description used by the accounts seems to promote some shopping website, which may be another scam.
