Very happy with the work I just finished on Avoyd's voxel to optimized binary glTF mesh. It's a lot faster than the alternatives I've tried, uses less memory and produces very good result for this style of voxelized mesh.

Building in public means you see the design decisions we make. The shrinking platforms felt out of place in the Halloween Harry universe, so here are ones that "phase shift" so Harry falls through them. We'll tweak the shader effect later so it looks better!

Getting close to one fully "complete" level, which for now I'm considering to contain 10 primary collectibles (I've made 8). Right now they're called primal flames, but that could change at some point. A good chunk of them are just a matter of looking around and doing some light platforming, but since it's the tutorial area I'm okay with it for now.

Overall, the level teaches you movement, powerup usage, charge/boost attacks, and there's now even a boss that puts it all to the test. Still no way to actually get hurt, but it's easy to fall off the platform (it's the tall hill on the right) so that's almost enough of a penalty for now.
