It's just really inspiring to know there are people out there using their skills to fight against #google and other exploitive, #publiclytraded trash. The tools to fight against big tech is ALREADY out there. And it is totally #free to use. This #fosschallenge is formally over, but I know I'm not switching back to #google anytime soon. It has been freeing to know I am in control of my data. Also, the challenge helps remind me of the simple truth that capitalist propaganda has made many forget -
Not everyone is motivated by profit. In fact, MANY of us are not driven by profit. ALSO, innovative does not stop of there 0 financial incentives.
