I am currently struggeling with a git setup.
Originally I have a monorepo. Two paths of the repo, I want to publish as stand alone (composer) packages.
What I saw:
- move them to an own repo and use submodules
- move them to an own repo and use subtree
- keep them in the main repo & automate the commits to a third repo
Last option seems to be the perfect fit for our situation. #TYPO3 seems to do that for system extensions.
But I did not find anything, how they achieve that.
Any hints?

When I get to the point where I can release a TYPO3 13 LTS compatible version of the TYPO3 Crawler, the v11.x branch will only receive security updates from that point on.
