@ProvenPudding I don't have the permissions to reply to your post in the #TYPO3 announcement channel. So I'm posting here instead.
On the announcement for the election for the Board of the TYPO3 Association, the post says:
"What Skills Are Required? […] Leadership, […] Community engagement"
Are these hard requirements, i.e., is it ensured that all candidates that stand for election have solid training in these areas under their belts?
(I'm asking because of some bad experiences in the past.)
