Meine erste Folge von meinem Dead Island 2 Let's Play kommt leider später.
Ich bin auf Probleme mit HDR+Peertube gestoßen und versuche diese gerade zu beheben.
Bei der Transkodierung zerschießt Peertube nämlich den HDR Codec. Daher muss ich das Video anscheinend ohne Transkodierung hochladen.
Ohne Transkodierung akzeptiert Peertube aber kein MKV, weswegen ich das Video gerade via Handbrake in MP4 neu kodiere. Grrr😤
Ich hoffe Peertube schluckt es anschließend.

Spent about 3 days battling a bug where as soon as I tried to edit the UV coordinates of a mesh, it grew in size about 50x and changed to pitch black color.
These functions used to work!? They still do work in this original case.
Eventually narrowed it down to something about importing models. Models imported before I last upgraded worked, models imported now don't. Imported through an old version it was fine!?
Upgraded Godot and it seems to be okay again now.
So it's only V4.2.1 that had whatever problem this is I guess. 4.2.2 is fine, and v4.1 is fine.
Seems like v4.2 has a new way of storing meshes or something, which seems likely related. Maybe it was running this "update meshes to new version" tool that really fixed it? But I thought I had run that when I upgrade to 4.2.1.
Anyway. 3 days work, but bug is fixed! Onwards!

@sebsauvage c'est un client lourd cross-platform. Je fais ça sur mes projets perso, sauf que le serveur web fait 500 lignes de code et qu'il n'a aucune dépendance. Je jongle entre windows et debian. I'm been out of the powershell scripting world for a while now, so when I needed to pull some info on VMs and Hosts today I used Google Gemini to help get me started. It wasn't able to give me a 100% working powershell script for what I needed, but the bones were there and I was able to make it work for my needs in about 5 minutes versus me spending half an hour to an hour trying to write the script from scratch.
